Benefits were 2nd to none. if you don't like your specific department you were originally hired in you change within the company.

Cons

depending on the department the job is very demanding and customer support is never ending position where you answer calls/ emails all day every day. work is never completed by the end of the day. there is always more that gets left for the next day.
