Well managed teams that are looked after well. Really good range of benefits and financial incentives. Promotion opportunities encouraged and promoted.

Pros

Mostly awesome people work here. Benefits are adequate. Local leadership (KSEA EC) is very good.

Cons

More and more important roles are being filled at headquarters (small town in Germany). It’s very difficult to report into Germany as an American. If you’re local/US only though, this is a great company.
