It is an family owned business and we work also like a family.

Cons

This is the organization to the surgeon for the surgeon and by the surgeon as we every time with the surgeons and their is no specific time frame , so work life balance is compromised some time.

Great pay and really awesome workplace culture! Company still owned by family who started it, so everything is done to help the company and their customers, not to show stock price increases. Jobs are spread around the US and are good paying, great jobs.

Cons

Changes can be made quickly, although most are positive, some changes can be negative such as pay structure or resource changes.
