Great job, but dull and little room for advancement

Decent pay. 3 weeks vacation to start. Sick time is good. Health insurance is great.

Cons

Little Communication. Very little room for advancement. They dont like to promote you to sales if you are successful where you are, they dont want to risk not finding another fill in for you. Not enough tuition reimbursement. Im also now on my THIRD manager in 4 years.

Can be a little management heavy, a lot of managers and few Indians.

Pros

Great benefits (medical, dental, etc.). Many people have worked there for a decade or more - if you do your job well and work hard, you will generally be taken care of. Privately owned so insulated from mass layoffs that come with public companies.

Cons

It's a boys club. Very, very few women in leadership roles and if they are, they are paid less with smaller titles than their counterparts. Very limited upward mobility at headquarters for men or women. Just not set up for growth and career development. Not savvy at all when it comes to embracing modern technology/meeting market expectations.
