Fair pay for achieving goals, great culture and work/life balance, amazing people, family-owned/privately-held company (though beginning to try and act like a larger corporation)

Cons

The bureaucracy has arrived... a lot of red tap, regulations and compliance running the show now. Things move at a much slower pace than they used to. Not much swagger compared to the competition.
