very good employee benefits. competitive pays. clean work environment and centrally located to everything nearby.

Cons

layers and layers of approval process. meeting after meeting to discuss amount to no solid actions. Foreign owned therefore there often times there's a breakdown.

considering pay, benefits, office location its a good company but definitely not great.

Cons

a lot of politics behind the scene..people get promoted based on favoritism and not skills. its a small family own company - german owner - management does whatever german office dictates. top down approach.
