The leadership and people at Karl Storz were extremely nice, Nice offices and decent benefits.

Cons

Human Resources did not really care to resolve issues. The division I worked for was weak in talent, but it was a recent startup purchased by Karl Storz.

Great benefits. Good pay rate. Privately owned company.

Cons

Poor management. Some lazy project managers. 100% Travel. Equipment shipments often missing parts. Management will leave you in position like Installation tech I-II or III for years so you do not receive the pay increase you may deserve.

Great work environment, exceptional quality products, open-minded team based employees and leaders that care about us and want the company to win. Benefits and vacation are excellent.

Cons

Some small pockets of the company may be stagnant - where the thinking is 'don't rock the boat / keep things status quo'. But you get that everywhere.
