The benefits are superb. The company promotes/supports healthy lifestyle practices.

Cons

Managers seem to have no clue as to what their associates are doing because they have to attend meetings all day long. Unfair compensation for the people that work hard. No chance for advancement. Communication is poor. Low pay raises.

Cons

Hard to let go of people who are not optimal performers so co-workers end up giving 150% while the other person gives a mere 50%. Most job opportunities on the East Coast are physically demanding so you can get burnt out easily and quickly
