Walk away with a few TRUE friends.

Cons

HR worst gossip train ever. They need to revamp several departments. No LOYALTY! Hope the lawsuits close the doors. Mr. Store is probably shaking his head in the grave. Legacy being ruined by a bunch of half wits! Security guard is a joke - trying to always get in someone's panties.

Pros

Good place to learn the medical device business. Benefits were great and competetive.

Cons

Still very family owned and influenced...and decisions are ultimately about preserving the Karl Storz name in their products. If you are planning to join KS, the company is a very marketing-sales driven organization and would, as a piece of friendly advice, to go in with that consideration.
