Small UK operation (<200) Attempts at inclusion and engagement Family-owned, changing (if not quite removing) the profit imperative. Opportunity for travel to some very pleasant sites worldwide.

Cons

Satellite offices can feel very remote (naturally) from decision-making. Many many people with at least one eye on retirement. Very much a subsidiary of the Global organisation - limited autonomy.
