Cons

Slow to market with new tech. Need to catch up to competitors or will be left behind. Cannot win business of the business has already gone to competitor.

The leadership and people at Karl Storz were extremely nice, Nice offices and decent benefits.

Cons

Human Resources did not really care to resolve issues. The division I worked for was weak in talent, but it was a recent startup purchased by Karl Storz.

Great benefits. Good pay rate. Privately owned company.

Cons

Poor management. Some lazy project managers. 100% Travel. Equipment shipments often missing parts. Management will leave you in position like Installation tech I-II or III for years so you do not receive the pay increase you may deserve.
