Pros

The money, benefits, bonus and vacation

Cons

Quiet and somber environment, can't trust anyone, people out for your job, HR and management can be corrupt. Becarful of who you are buddies with. Trust no one there. For a good handful of years things were great! But be careful when you switch departments. You may get caught up in a negative group. Some managers will destroy your career and think nothing about it because you pose a threat either to their ego or to them hitting their numbers. If you are an attractive female, beware because men will flaunt around to be near you and some female managers will take it out on you. The female will pay for it while the males keep their jobs. HR is just as corrupt. They will do everything they can to make you out to be the crazy bad guy because employees sue this company for foul play left and right. They will tear down all your good work and shred you limb from limb fearful of losing all the good benefits they once gave you. Some managers are amazing and mean well but beware not all of them like you. They will smile with you and make you feel good until the moment you see them try to fire you. When you go to HR your manager will lash out on you. As long as it's not in writing they can tell you anything and pretend nothing was ever said. Employees will become scared to associate with you once you are labeled bad and company trash. You will see this happen to other employees and someone will always have a story that makes the employee out to be the bad guy and worthy of losing their job. But when it's your turn, then the truth comes to light and you know it's not always the employee. This company is huge and can be scary when it's you they are out to get ride of. My advice don't fight back. Just quietly leave and move on. Don't be scared when it's your turn. Hopefully you will be one of the lucky ones they don't shark. Once a hater wants you out. Then you are out. They will try to dig up anything on you just to get ride of you. All executives know the corrupt side of the company but everyone is scared and plays the game because they too all have families to feed. Good luck. If you get an opportunity obviously go for it. Just save your money because there is a high possibility you will be next.

Pros

Great place to learn and get your foot in the door. Great benefits Help for questions is always available

Cons

Unless you want to work in California or Massachusetts, there isn't great growth unless you want to go in sales. Too much to do in an 8 hour day, and OT is not allowed.
