Cons

Not a 40 hour hour work week! Plan on staying real busy everyday.

Good people that are passionate and care about providing good products to their customers.

Cons

If it doesn't benefit me, i'm not doing it. Internal stakeholders don't want to listen to issues from field. They know best. Senior sales leadership fails to grasp new realities of business and continues to do it "old school".
