Tangible career growth, positive work environment and present career support, as well as adequate training and the freedom to creatively drive revenue for the company.

Cons

None really, just that there may be some uncertainty when being assigned to an account as an OES. Most accounts that take on an OES are quality facilities, however, and will accommodate you well. STORZ will too, of course.
