Invest a lot of time and money in there associates. This is a progressive well funded modern German company.

Cons

Hard to move up and openings in management are hard to come by.

Pros

The employees are great for the most part, the pay is wonderful, and the benefits are incomparable. There are a lot of events for employees and their families as well, plus many different groups and extracurricular activities available to take part in.

Cons

Management doesn't listen. Often lots of overtime, including 10 hour days Monday-Friday and at least 6 hours on Saturdays. Not a lot of work life balance.
