The positive impact the work I do has on people's lives. The amazing people I work with and learn from. Opportunities to influence change in the organization. The work-life balance the company provides. Family owned private company (no faceless stockholders to please...). Company benefits. I am still energized to come to work every morning even after working here for so long!

Cons

It is a business requiring business systems and decisions that sometimes don't make sense to me. This seems no different than every other company I've worked at. At least here I get the opportunity to voice concern and influence change...
