Jolt keeps one on his/her toes. It is not easy become accustomed to the fast pace projects or long work hours. In addition, since it is never boring, one must be aware that many things change in very little time and that most of your co-workers are busy with ongoing projects. Therefore, one must think a lot outside of the box and be aware that they are not always going to receive the help needed at the exact time needed. Sometimes you need to know how to solve problems and get things done on your own (when a newbie, this may a bit difficult, especially when needing a "final approval" in the beginning). The fast pace makes a newbie second guess their abilities and at times re-think the position and workplace. Jolt's tasks vary and there is more than enough to do - always. This may take up most of the newbie's personal life (time-wise) and this is a very tough factor to get by in the beginning, until one knows how to prioritise wisely.
