      -Working on a product that has value. -Jolt works with OKRs, so there is a lot of transparency, and each employee knows how their work affects the bottom line. -There is a lot of attention towards personal development, and each employee meets with a personal career coach once every two weeks. -Lots of growth opportunities in the company

      Cons

      -Very fast-paced and dynamic if you are not totally into working hard you will find working here difficult.

      Pros

      When I joined this company, I knew it is in its early stages of growth and recognition. Therefore the past two years were a rollercoaster of high-speed projects, multiple changes, growth and success. It is the best school for startup lovers; you get to hear the founding members' thoughts and decisions before launch, you have a voice and your opinion matters, you have an impact and room to grow. The company's D.N.A, the people, are the reason this company is doing so well - genuinely brilliant folks in all regions with both experience and positive approach to solve any challenges along the way. The HQ is located in Tel Aviv and is an open space for all teams, great vibes, food and dogs. The London office is located in the centre of the city and just above one of our campuses, also spot on.

      Cons

      As in many startups, not enough management experience for the team leaders or co-founders. This means you must have patience and speak up when needed; it's a work in progress. Also, comparing to other startups at similar stages, the salary is lower than average. The employees in Jolt aren't there for the money.
