- Can be difficult to advance

*The workload is excessive and poorly distributed. *Month-end closing is particularly brutal, you're expected to stay 5+ hours after your shift for an entire week with no overtime compensation. *The operation is highly disorganized, and there is a clear lack of accountability. Long-standing issues are never resolved at a structural level, yet employees are held responsible when things go wrong even for processes that fall outside the scope of work. If something fails, it's always your fault. *Base salary is below market, with annual increases capped at a very low ceiling. *There are no real opportunities for professional development or upward mobility within the organization. *Despite being listed as a hybrid role, there is no formal remote work policy. Attendance twice or three times a week is mandatory with little flexibility.
