      As a employee in Johnson Matthey I found very good that there is payed health and pension benefits, food and social benefits as well in the company.

      - Friendly operators - Free meals / canteen

      Cons

      - Many health and safety hazards, although there are some respective measures to prevent accidents. - Middle management come, go and rotate very often - not much genuine care about staff/production. - Very individualist attitude by most employees (apart from Operators), possibly down to company/site culture.

      Pros

      The current benefit package is rather good, especially the pension scheme. Free lunch at Royston site is also a bonus.

      Cons

      Lack of work/ life flexibility is a negative in this function, also basic salary is not massive.
