      Pros

      The current benefit package is rather good, especially the pension scheme. Free lunch at Royston site is also a bonus.

      Cons

      Lack of work/ life flexibility is a negative in this function, also basic salary is not massive.

      If you are lazy, this is the place for you

      Cons

      If you are somewhat competent, don’t worry, management doesn’t care. Employees are part of their politics game. From orders delay to customer complaints, management’s resolutions are to put in more tedious complicated system and lay off actual workers. Constant restructuring every 6 months with no idea what they want. Base pay is below average. Not sure why investors are still investing and why customers are still buying. I would give 0 star if I can.
