Pros

The benefits are decent. They offer a 401k (4% match) with an extra 8% instead of the pension they use to have.

Cons

Not enough experienced workers to accomplish everything they want/need done. The morale in the company is pretty low. Little opportunity for advancement unless you’re in “the club”.

Pros

Share scheme generous if you can stick it out long enough to benefit Opportunity to work with some very intelligent people Flexi time

Cons

Management are terrible, don't care about staff at all Staff all generally very unhappy, leads to horrible working atmosphere, with many looking to jump ship Limited opportunities for progression Only look to reward 'yes men' Too much internal politics, especially in R&D Indecision and constant change about direction of business Constant rumors of redundancy

Pros

Great scientists, and could be a great company with new leadership

Cons

Senior Management are terrible, no real knowledge on how to run a company. They pretend to have an ethical policy but so many examples exist where that is just not true and management hide it.. Do not trust them...
