      HVAC Pune, Living Hell!

      Salary on time. Insurance policy. Multinational company (which actually does not matter and doesn't care about employees)

      A living hell! I mean literally a living hell. HVAC Pune team management sucks at its best! They are just assuming their employees, their time their efforts. ZERO WORK LIFE BALANCE! Everyday work is scheduled for 12+ hours, including weekends. They ask girls to work beyond 11 pm+ with no drop with security in addition you need to present in office at 9am next day. Management is sucker, each graphics project they start has to be delivered on the same day. Compromising quality of work. Poor estimations or they just lie to all employees so they can extend there work hours EVERYDAY! Torture for all the employees, they just don't care if employee is sick or not, they will ask you to work from home. Only God can save all the employees from this management hell!

      Zero accountability from senior management to the organization's employee base. Definitely not a "world-class organization" that you should be knocking down the door to get into, as there is currently comparable knocking on the other side of that same door..... to get out.

      I am a simplexgrinnel employee. now johnson controls. The moral is low, mgt only cares about bottom line., not people. We all hoped jci would change things but nothing has changed. Need to move on
