Good leadership, good growth opportunities. High integrity. Perfect? NO, but compared to like companies, this is the place to be. Profitable, innovative, rewarding. Many people are upset about moving some businesses to low-cost countries, but it's either that or stop doing certain kinds of products. Just the way it is - we can't work with negative income.

It also has a terrific set of core values and its senior management is stable with a solid vision of where they want to take the company in the future. It has excellent benefits, competitive salary, a good 401K plan, and its stock has out-performed the market and has split several times over the last 20 years.
