      Pros

      Great People, Good Leadership, Large company resources with flexible & sound business approach. I am paid well but always feel (as everyone does) they are worth more.

      Cons

      Auto industry is a challenge in terms of customers and general market conditions. Overall not many downsides with JCI I have been here more than ten years and its better than the other 4 companies I have worked for.

      1. Great opportunity for advancement in many different rolls 2. Excellent talent pool! You get to work with highly experienced leader within the industry who are willing to teach you and take interest in your career. 3. Great benefits 4. Work/Life flexibility is great

      Pros

      Decent pay, good PTO and benefits

      Cons

      Everything else. ZERO training. They hand you a laptop (which is garbage) and say good luck. There is no "team." Everyone is on their own. The senior techs all reached their peak 20 years ago and don't even know what BACnet is. The bureaucracy is unbearable. Ordering a simple part is nearly impossible. There are so many apps you have to check in on everyday and they care more about those metrics than they care about the service their customers are receiving. If you want to get your butt kicked everyday with zero support at a company that specializes in taking advantage of their customers, this is the job for you.
