My personal favorite employer overall throughout my working career and although my review is sincere it may be dated.
Pros
They are a company with great vision and invest in the future as opposed to being short sighted and that in itself makes working for them knowing that your with a company that strives towards what the future needs of it's customers will be and then meeting them. They are easy to get along with when you show them your all in and with them in their plans for a brighter future for the company and the world that benefits from the research that goes into any and all they offer in products and services.
Cons
Any part of the company that has a union in it is where the difficulty was when I was with them and it can be difficult for someone that holds a position where union participation is required but not desired as a prerequisite for the position you hold. If your pro union and hold a union position there you may not feel the same way I did about the company and may feel like a number or just another machine that will be treated with respect but at any time you could be replaced with the same thought that goes into replacing any other piece of equipment that is owned by the company and with this wall of division that may exist it makes trust on both sides difficult to overcome for everyone involved. My review is limited to my personal experience and may be outdated and location specific as my contact since leaving the company has been non existent and because of this I cannot say for certain that anything I experienced is typical or to be expected as this is a very diverse company with many divisions throughout the world.
