      Johnson control has great benefits and lots of overtime if needed the pay was great job stability and you can also move up in the company

      Cons

      You work some long hours and your not going to see your kids as much or spin anytime due to to working at a supplier company

      The benefits are good for the most part.

      Cons

      Overwhelming amount of tasks. Paying for company vehicle as a manager reduces your overall income. Made more money in the field. Overly competitive atmosphere within the company, No work-life balance, Nepotizm is ramped.
