Pros

Pioneer technology, technically solid, a needed product and service.

Cons

Managers left over from Tyco SimplexGrinnell are the "leftovers" plucked from ADT or the ones not driven out before the merger - who were generally the good ones.

Pros

Wonderful co-workers, local offices really care about the customers, great vacation policy. Tuition reimbursement and room to grow within the company.

Cons

Horrible upper management. Regional management does not work for bottom level employees! The admin in my branch office report to 2 different managers, who aren't even located in the branch office! The TSM needs to be back in charge of service in the local office, not an Area Service Manager who isn't even located in the office and who has no idea what is going on. Upper management needs to remember we are in business because of our CUSTOMERS! Get rid of centralization, it does not work. All it does is cause more work for the local admin who are working 50+ hours a week because they harassed daily about the on-holds when they have no control over it. The branch office needs more control to both the employees and customers happy!

Pros

Front Line employees really care about what they do Exceptional mentoring and coaching opportunities

Cons

CEO is greedy - balances the budget off the backs of the workers. Lack of transparency - Executive leadership does not communicate changes or expectations in a timely manner Every month is "the most important month of the year" - there is so much drama surrounding the financials every month, that the sense of urgency has been reduced to the boy who cried wolf. Employees are numb to the actual importance
