Pros

The co-workers were amazing most of the time. Company matching 401k but that is slowly decreasing. 3 weeks paid vacation starting.

Cons

Lack of communication too many managers that lie and then later promoted. Managers in positions they have no experience in and lack the Education. Management is out of touch with day-to-day operations. Do as I say rather than lead by example attitudes. Outsourcing is their biggest accomplishment. CEO seems clueless.

Pros

It is stable company, hardly there would be any delay in salaries or other finance. Good Insurance schemes for Employees and their families Average increments.

Cons

They do have one of the worst work culture among top companies. They make their people work for more than 12 hours a day. The senior management have no faith in employees. Perhaps, they don't bother to their team's strength and weakness. They give impossible estimates to their customers and cope hire people unnecessarily even if they don't proper facilities. Very dirty canteen, there have been many cases of food poisoning but the management don't change the Canteen vendor. The other staffs are biased and don't bother to look into issues if it is not of some senior manager. There is no parking space even for two wheeler. There is no way u can complain against the rude admins or security guys. Perhaps, I remember one incident where the canteen guy had some quarrel and few goons charged inside the office premises to beat him. They beat the canteen guy and also some employees who tried to stopped them. The security guy was hiding somewhere while the incident happened. the goons broke furniture and plates. Everyone wanted the canteen guy to be removed for this but he is still there, rather the senior management asked the employees to ignore. As we have seen the canteen guy gives free food to the Admins. The Admins unnecessarily pick fights with employees for parking as they don't allow the junior employees to park and block places for their bikes or for managers and their friends. Every month people leave this company for their pathetic treatment to their employees.

Pros

money. They are trying to shower it to people. Many time offering more than what the market standard is. Company provides family insurance, food coupens

Cons

MNC just for the namesake. It works more like small scale indian factory. Managers/TLs/Lead engineers are worst thing in this organization. Even in white collar jobs they treat people like factory workers. Shouting on people, escalating small issues are regular business. Off shore counterparts (European ones) treats you like some third world country bug they have to work with. No proper training or project materials are provided still they want you to complete project. No time-off policies even after working for saturday-sunday or extra time, they make you work for around 12 hours( 8 to 8 - Regardless of whatever they tell you on joining time). Could not able to see any day light while I was working there. The only place I could see daylight is from office window as my manager did not even allow to go out for much any longer tea break either. :( Groupism is rampant. Locals have formed their groups. Outsiders are not preferred. Most of the high level positions are occupied by them also. If you are from same state, you may get good treatment, on sites, rapid growth, promotions etc. If you are an outsider, you hardly have any scope. They are around 80-90% in numbers. Diversity has neither practiced nor professed in terms of regional one. HR never ask, never listen to anything. They are busy in hiring only. No retaining policy for employees.
