Great coworkers and managers were easy to get along with; wide range of employee benefits and employees don't work on commission so it's easier to be impartial. The job was enjoyable and John Lewis take care for their staff.

Cons

I can't think of any negatives in particular, the company were very good to me and I left on very good terms.

On going training. Very happy environment to work in. Great cameraderie.Good food from a subsidised diningroom.Management backup.

Long days on your feet. Very hot on the shopfloor in the summer.Watching out for shoplifters.
