good benifits, free meals (to catering department), bonus every year

Cons

low salary, rude, moody and unprofessional managers, no one from the managers cared about us and our problems, physically hard work, always short with staff and they wouldn't hire more people to save money and they expect you to work as twice as harder for the same money, always short with basic equipment (tea cups, tea pots,etc), no tips

Cons

Long days on your feet. Very hot on the shopfloor in the summer.Watching out for shoplifters.
