Pros

The concept of remote work is very appealing, also earning a decent salary.

Cons

This form of employment is unreliable amd very risky. The job is always advertised has a long-term role however, They make it very clear in their contract that they can drop you at any time and they will not be held accountable. Also there are not many roles open to South Africans so the matchmaking process is very risky as well.

We are sorry if our application process made you feel uncomfortable, by no means that was our intention. We do offer long-term positions, which count with terms and clauses as in any other company contract, but we make sure to portray our responsibility and legitimacy towards all of our virtual assistants. At the moment we are only able to hire from Argentina, Colombia, El Salvador, Mexico, and Honduras.

Pros

The payment is good if you compare it with the salaries of Latin America

Cons

The hiring process is WAY TOO LONG, you could go through the entire thing and it still doesn't guarantee you'll get hired. It's extremely disappointing getting rejected at the very end.
