Pros

- It's remote - They pay on time - In argentina we got paid through a good platform.

Cons

- Schedule - Not many days of holidays - They made us use VPN and trackers to see if we were actually working. - very strict with some policies.

We are glad to know that you like our remote work modality! All of our positions are 100% full-time remote jobs, and schedules may vary depending on the needs of our clients. We count of several benefits, one of them is holiday pay rate where applicable. Job Duck does require certain software to maintain a "check-in" and "check-out" time, because of the stated schedules. We appreciate your time and comments.

Pros

They will give you a one week training relevant to your role which is actually very good and is also payed. formality and assistance through the process is given, professionalism and kindness are characteristics of the team that will walk you in the process. Is not a scam but is not transparent. I suggest that if you already know English and have the skills get direct contract with US based clients yourself.

Cons

Positions AREN'T open. they are an intermediary between you and a POSSIBLE client (their client). who has complete discretion on hiring you or not and there is NO leverage for you to be hired. From the one week training to the day you are actually hired and payed it will take months and after 90 days if they cannot mismatch you with a client they send you to a "Duck club" AKA waiting list. You have no guarantee of being hired even after the training and you will probably be asked to do free work for proving yourself to their clients. After the training you will have a "happiness liaison agent" who is simply someone that sends your profile to a future possible employers. the process is VERY impersonal and you will feel as walking on eggshells.
