Pros

Flight benefits, free flights on standby

Cons

Awful people to work for, they will make you seem like they are a family then talk about you and set you up for failure the second they find something they don't like about you

Pros

Flight Benefits on other airlines Fun lifestyle Great coworkers

Cons

•Inflexible Work Schedule / High minimum monthly flight hours requirement •Severe dependability/points program •Every time management came out with new rules, it made work/life balance harder. The union hasn't made anything better. The contract basically gave us what we already had with very little improvement. •Pay is also middling to below average for industry •Terrible upper management

Pros

Great benefits like travel and retirement

Cons

Horrible company value and culture, always delayed and cancelled. Usually work during your day off too. No boarding pay, too much work duties and very little pay.
