Pros

Travel benefits! Local management Hybrid

Cons

Pay, JetBlue finance isn’t known for its pay. Ursula is all about saving, and often over looks her own team. Other teams make more, for doing less.

Pros

Free flights/discounts. Flexible schedule after probation.

Cons

Terrible management. Supervisors are lazy. My OJT trainer would yell at me for not knowing something I never learned. I got cleared to work gates without ever finishing gate training because it wasn't scheduled. Once I brought it to managements attention they penalized me for it by blocking my schedule trading. A year later I got covid and had to use more than the allowed 5 days off and I was suspended for it followed by termination even though I had a doctor's note for the days missed. Free flights were not worth the stress and extremely low pay
