Great Brand and Product among low cost carriers. Great flight benefits if you can unplug during after-hours and actually make a stand-by flight.

Cons

Crewmembers are expected to put forth 150%. Much like a start-up company; your job role will change at management’s discretion and you may be expected to do responsibilities of three different roles. The corporate office at JetBlue lacks all if any work life balance. A once young and hip “JetBlue Culture” has been lost through its growing pains. There is poor and misleading communication across leadership.

Pros

This is a great company to work for. The benefits are good. Better than a lot of other companies out there, you just have to take full advantage of everything they offer. We just signed a union. It is growing and changing, I have a positive outlook for the future. I never once felt that I wasn’t cared for as an employee. I make an effort to communicate with my supervisors and maintain positive relations. I love being a flight attendant. There are good days and tough days as with any job but if you love what you do it’s worth it and it will show.

Cons

Reserve life is difficult. Make sure you save up and have a good support system through training and your first year at the company.

The company is more concerned about making money than anything else. To make money, they want to keep the customers happy, many times at the expense of safety.
