Pros

flight benefits, $1- $1.50 raise per year. Top pay current $23 medical benefits, 401k, STD, LTD, tuition reimbursement, transfer to other cities

Cons

fast pace, in your face. Management like the power and will use it. Easy to get fired, always feel a target on your back. stand about 90% of the time. Passengers can get nasty and rude. if $23 top pay is ok with you then go for it.
