Pros

Decent flight benefits that are still below industry standard. People who work in offices away from the day to day operation are very happy (generally) but have no idea what the company really does.

Cons

Pay is well below industry standard Health Benefits Vacation Rules Retirement Seniority is not honored Management's relationship with the employees is going downhill

Pros

Crewmembers live the values (Safety, Caring, Integrity, Passion, Fun) Genuinely fun atmosphere Collaborative coworkers People love what they do

Cons

It can be difficult to advance due to people being generally happy in their roles and not wanting to leave due to the perks and fun environment. For people - especially millennials - who are upwardly mobile, it's easy to get frustrated at the lack of advancement opportunities. Managers are not always experts in their field and lack the knowledge to properly guide crewmembers, yet they expect crewmembers to "figure it out" and can beat them up due to pressure from the top. Work life balance is practically non-existent. It's more like busy/crazy busy, with no in between The pay. But this is par for the course industry wide.

Flight Benefits!!! also you have a lot of opportunities to move up within the company

Hectic schedule, no confirmed schedule, long hours, crew services takes advantage of less knowledgable employees when regarding rules and regulations, NO UNION THIS IS WHY THEY CAN DO THAT!!! A lot of the supervisors have no clue what they're talking about thus giving a lot of employees wrong information. AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL sick time regulations considering they literally will tell you how sick you get within the first year of working but they seem to have no compassion at all when you DO get sick
