Pros

Schedule flexibility once you’ve put in at least 5 years. Flying benefits are the best feature if you have the time. Great culture overall. The Crewmembers take care of themselves.

Cons

Constant changes to job procedures and work rules/legalities. The Flight Attendants voted in a union for this several years ago and it really hasn’t gotten any better. They’re just keeping up with industry trends but not doing anything more to enhance and standout amongst other carriers. Most recent wins are really things we already had in the past and “re-sold”. The new merger will surely bring more pain points to this department.

Pros

I love worked for this company since they are an amazing company and they make you feel like family. I Love having interactions with customers and help them to get their necessities from buying the tickets to help them to get onboard in the aircraft making sure they feel comfortable and follow all safety protocols.

Cons

Never find anything that I never unliked from the company, some time we get customers that are nervous or anxious and they come a little bit frustrated but that’s a normal reaction when you fly and nothing better to put yourself in their shoes and try to ,are then feel relax and comfortable of the kind of situation the have. Most of the time they get frustrated when flights get cancel or delay. Unfortunately we are not in control of this particular situations when comes to weather events or mechanical issues on the aircraft.
