Customer service driven. Allowed to "Do the right thing"

Cons

Micro managing is sometimes to the point of being obnoxious especially around an audit time. They are also write up happy and give out PG's performance guidance like candy yet have a "Values committee" so you feel like you have some type of protection when in fact they are terrified of a union. If you do get fired and I have seen it happen often they will write you off like trash, put your personal effects in a box and mail them to you. Major drama always! Favoritism is rampant! Get your face on if you want to succeed because it will not be given on skills or merit
