Pros

Compared to other places I worked, you could earn PTO rather quickly. The “core values” have a good start…if they’d follow them for employees things would be better.

Cons

As a customer, I LOVE Jetblue. As a crewmember, it was the hardest, worst job. The pay was abysmal because they felt part of your compensation was flight benefits. Great but we have to feed families too. The wages are NOT competitive whatsoever. The computer systems constantly were glitching making for a stressful work environment. I’m not an anxious person but there is a palpable tension before shifts. I actually knew coworkers who took anxiety meds just to get through this job. Teams within the company were not cohesive. Flight crew never knew what reservations did, reservations never knew what AO did, AO didn’t know what TrueBlue did…it was a mess of misinformation constantly.
