      Great company but flawed

      Pros

      Benefits were good. The company really tries to live by it's core values. Meet new people everyday. It's always fast pace and exciting .

      Cons

      Pay is not industry standard. In the airline industry it's who you know.

      Great for travelers; Nice culture;

      Cons

      Last minute emergencies all the time; Rush through the business case process but then expect things to be 100% accurate when you start a project (with a 100% swag); No room for growth; No consistent work from home policies across groups
