      Pros

      Culture, benefits, people, and work environment. The company has liberal views and is not only inclusive but also embraces diversity in all ways.

      Cons

      Compensation for employees outside of NYC is quite a bit lower than expected. Many leaders have grown up in the company and have a limited view of corporate style and structure. Very little growth opportunity due to many highly tenured and young staff.
