Pros

The colleagues you work with. The snacks provided and the proximity to home. I can't come up with anything else.

Cons

Leadership is going and very very inexperienced. They complain and throw tantrums more than children, but because they leaders they are never reprimanded.

I know the feeling that a culture has been lost or changed but that comes with growth regardless of the company. Fun environment (music playing, game room, fitness center). Great leadership. Good pay and benefits and opportunity for career growth.
