It's awesome hearing from out Category Specialists in Hoboken, thank you for taking the time to leave us some feedback. I must agree we have some awesome talent all around at Jet and it's great having them here in Hoboken with us. Companywide we're working on creating structure for career pathing, goals etc. going into 2018. These are conversations that should be had quarterly, let me know if that isn't the case. Company got worse after Wal-Mart bought them out

Pros

Before it was fun to work there got along great with my team and had an awesome team lead

Cons

After they treated employees like dirt and fired the ones who really helped us all out. I was very good at listening to feedback but none of that matter because they fired me before I made it to a year with a stupid explanation and never gave me an opportunity to respond or protest.

Pros

Pay is awesome, love that you get medical and PTO up front. Anything we've asked for (within reason) they have given us which is great, what company do you know does that? I feel like we are treated beyond fairly at Jet, I couldn't ask for a better company to work for and the Social Media team is awesome! I feel like we get overlooked a lot but I wouldn't trade my team for the world and our supes and TL's are the best of the best.

Cons

Feel like our attendance policy could maybe use an overview. I feel like we lose so many AMAZING people floor wide due to attendance. That's all.

Thanks for the review, it's great hearing from our Jet Heads across all teams. We have to agree that getting PTO up front is an awesome perk as well as the many others.
