Pros

When I joined it was an awesome place to work. Great work life balance, work from home, great culture, great teams, and interesting projects.

Cons

Over time Jet was deprioritzed as Walmart became the focal point. Jet was literally non-existent when I left, managed by about 10 people. Walmart e-commerce culture is toxic. The category specialist program is chaotic and offers no career trajectory. When I left 95% of the perks were gone.

Pros

Jet throws awesome parties and has amazing perks. They have a nice relaxation room and game room.

Cons

Management is a joke. Nothing is consistent. Supervisors change so frequently and most of them are awful at their jobs. HR is rude AF! They will change your shift on you, you pay on you and your team on you at random.
