Jet.com let's their workforce team do whatever they want without any checks and balances. Ive been lied to for months about a schedule change yet employees who have been with the company for less time have weekends off (I work both weekend days). It's pretty sad that the company is willing to lie to employees that have more education that others to keep them compliant. And on top of that, those who have advanced education are told they arent worth more than an entry level job.

Was looking forward to giving 5 stars but after being promised a permanent position with hard work and positive attitude found myself jobless! I worked hard, was told my quota numbers were well above the minimum. The point system is somewhat intimidating but I welcomed the challenge.. I enjoyed going to work every morning which for me was a first. Then a month later receive a call at 7:30 pm that I was being let go. When asked why was told she didn't know and that all she knew was they were cutting people for not making the quota.. However I didn't fall into that category, neither did the lateness or absence since never missing a days work. The woman apologized for not having a reason & wished me luck before hanging up told me better place to apply that appreciate hard working individuals. I have never been so disgusted, confused and shocked all at the same time. It would be nice too know exactly what the problem was so that it wasn't made again. Unfortunately I still can't get an answer.. lack of communication seems to be a "HUGE" issue.
