Pros
The hourly associates are probably the coolest group of people I've ever encountered, and some of the low level managers are an absolute pleasure to work with/for. 401k match up to 6% after 1 year. Vision is phenominal. Paid time off accrual is pretty good.
Cons
At NV1 there are too many people in salaried positions who shoot first and ask questions later. Upper management tends to rally around these people and defend actions and decisions that, at best, lack integrity, and, at the worst, have crossed the line into illegal. The tops in the building are solely concerned for their own career paths and bonuses. Medical insurance isn't worth the card they send you. Can't hold onto good HR people, or good mid-level managers.
