      Pipeline is strong. Work environment is fast paced and challenging but rewarding. Strong management and collaboration with R+D side of organization

      Cons

      Silo between R+D and Commercial supply chain organization at times is frustrating.

      - flexible work hours - fun company initiatives - beautiful building - great people - great cafeteria food - nice fitness centre and fitness classes

      None. The only reason I did not pursue a full time position is because I wanted to find work that used more of what I was studying at school.
