The only pro is the salary and the remote working posibilitites. Office located very far (more than 2h commute from London), office very empty with everyone travelling,

Well nothing except Johnson & Johnson global equity.

Cons

Janssen India- Pathetic culture. Miserable compa ratio. No growth path. No regional or global exposure. They use J&J brand to fool around deserving students of premiere B-schools. Demoted and fired cabdidtaes from IIM-L, JBIMS, ISB.
